Flow Go Dispatch provides independent dispatch services for owner-operators, small fleets, and independent drivers. Our services include load search and booking, broker communication, document handling, and support throughout your trip.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be legally authorized to operate as a motor carrier in the United States. You are required to maintain valid MC authority, insurance, and DOT compliance.

3. Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and current business information.
• You are solely responsible for the safe operation of your vehicle and the decisions made while on the road.
• You agree to maintain communication with your assigned dispatcher.

4. No Forced Dispatch

We do not practice forced dispatch. You have full freedom to accept or decline any load presented by our team. However, repeated rejections without valid reasons may result in reduced dispatch priority or termination of service.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are due according to the agreement or invoice provided. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension. Clients are responsible for any transaction or processing fees.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice at least 7 days in advance. All unpaid invoices must be cleared upon termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Flow Go Dispatch is not liable for missed loads, delays, damages, broker issues, or revenue loss. We act as a third-party dispatch support service and cannot be held responsible for any carrier actions or third-party agreements.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
